Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of the design. When you work with us to create a custom order, a mock-up is always provided to the buyer before anything is finalized and pressed. The final product will turn out JUST LIKE THE DRAFT. What truly makes this journey special is YOU. Your unique requests, your creative visions, and your trust in me to bring them to life – that's where the magic happens. I take immense pride in adding a personal touch to every creation, because I believe that keepsakes like graduation stoles, t-shirts, rock plaques, and resin crafts become even more meaningful when they're made just for you. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks depending on how large your order is. All shipping orders will come with a tracking number and insurance, so please check your email. Local pickup is an option.
