• 1 frame
• 1 backing hold stick 
• Size: sub area 7 x 5"

Lint roll/wipe off the white sublimation area

• Tape down your image
• Cover with butcher paper 
• peel clear protector before subbing 
• Press at 385 degrees for 60 second at medium pressure
